With automatic delivery, we'll monitor your property's consumption of heating oil and schedule deliveries as needed to guarantee that you always have an adequate supply of oil on-hand. Our goal is to schedule a delivery when your tank has gone down to about 1/3 of its capacity.

The great thing about this plan is that it allows us to guarantee your price savings during the entire period you're registered with us. And it gives you one less thing to worry about.

Now automatic delivery does require a commitment until May 2011, but that covers you for two seasons. And it renews annually thereafter - unless you tell us not to - and it's subject to a small early termination fee of $199, if you should cancel your contract before May 2011.

Our optional price protection program allows our customers to set a ceiling price, that is to say a price their fuel will not exceed over the next year, by telling us how many gallons they want to protect and paying a small fee per gallon to set that ceiling. Unlike a fixed price program, which can sound the same but is actually very different; there is no limit as to how low a price you may pay for oil. So if our standard price is lower than the ceiling price, you pay the lower price.

Our True Comfort service plan lets you relax knowing that your heating and air conditioning equipment is maintained on a regular basis by our trained professionals.

More than ever we understand how important it is to help our customers avoid costly repairs by extending the life of their equipment. We also help reduce their utility costs and do everything possible to protect against the sudden loss of heat or air conditioning.

For a standard monthly fee, you're able to enjoy worry-free protection for your entire system. You can cover either your heating or air conditioning system individually for just $17 per month, or both of them together - for additional savings for just $29.95 a month.

Now this includes two preventive maintenance visits, one for your heater and a second for your air conditioning system, which includes our 60-day We "Missed It Guarantee". This simply means if our technicians perform any maintenance on your equipment, and within 60 days of that visit any problem develops, its covered 100% because that would mean we “missed it” in our original service call.

That just shouldn't be your problem - this means not only are you not worrying about the automatic delivery of your oil, but you're also not worried about your equipment.

Heating oil storage tanks are often as old as the property itself. When it needs to be replaced it can cost between 2,000 and 4,000 dollars to replace the tank plus all of its parts and connectors.

With our TankGuard protection plan, you're covered if your tank begins leaking or needs replacement. If this situation develops, we will replace your tank and transfer any available oil from your old tank to the new one at no additional charge. In order to enroll in this plan, your current tank must be:

• Above ground
• Accessible
• And able to pass our initial inspection

And coverage is available for just $7 per month.

We offer a number of different payment options that you can choose from.

Our very best price is available when you choose to pay electronically for each delivery using either a credit/debit card or electronic check (which is an automatic transfer from your checking account). When payment is made this way we extend a 10¢ per gallon discount on the cost of your oil purchases. Now this discount has been reflected in all price quotations we have provided on this web site.

You can also choose to pay with our 25-Day Payment Terms.

After each delivery, subject to credit approval, we mail you an invoice. Our normal payment terms ask for full payment within 25 days. However, if we receive full payment within ten days of delivery, you can save 5 cents per gallon.

Finally, we also offer a 12-Month Budget Plan

Based on your consumption history and credit approval, we'll project what the total dollar amount of your purchases will most likely be over the next twelve months - including any applicable fees for Price Protection - if you choose that option. We divide this number by twelve months to determine what your monthly budget payment should be. Periodically, we'll review your account to make sure everything is on track, eliminating any big surprises at the end of the twelve-month cycle. The typical customer currently has a monthly budget payment of 150 to 200 dollars depending upon how much oil they buy each year.
